Fexofenadine Fexofenadine (Allegra, Telfast, Fastofen, Tilfur) is an antihistamine drug used in the treatment of hayfever and similar allergy symptoms. It was developed as a successor of and alternative to terfenadine (brand names include Triludan and Seldane), an antihistamine with potentially serious contraindications.
